Smart Lipo is an FDA approved smart liposuction method designed to eliminate excess fat tissue. Unlike conventional lipoliposuction methods, Smart Lipo does not cause mechanical trauma to the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle and adipose tissue. In this way, there is no roughness, sagging and adhesion in the subcutaneous tissue after Smart Lipo surgery. It provides an extremely natural appearance.

Smart Lipo has a head that is sensitive only to fat cells. Therefore, while fat is easily melted, other tissues are not damaged. The fats melted in Smart Lipo become completely liquid and are removed with an aspirator. The remaining very small amount is metabolized by the body.

At the same time, Smart Lipo stimulates fibroblasts with the laser it emits, stretching and tightening the skin. Since sagging is almost never seen after surgery, it does not require an extra stretching surgery. Since it stimulates the collagen structure, it makes tissue regeneration, that is, rejuvenation.

Local anesthesia is provided by giving Smart Lipo solution to the area where Smart Lipo will be applied. The application is performed with a thin, elastic, special Smart Lipo probe inserted through a 2 mm hole in the anesthetized area. General anesthesia (complete drowsiness) is not required, it can be performed with sedation anesthesia by providing mild drowsiness, calming effect and analgesia (painlessness). Thus, the Smart Lipo procedure is painless and stress-free. Since general anesthesia is not required, unnecessary drug use is avoided. The procedure takes 1-1.5 hours. This time passes pleasantly for the patient, and thanks to the medications, the patient does not realize the time that has passed.

After Smart Lipo, the patient rests for 1 hour post-op (after surgery) and is then discharged. After 1 hour, the patient can continue his/her normal life almost as if he/she had not had surgery. He can return to work the next day. Recovery is fast. Bruising, edema and swelling are minimal. After the procedure, the patient wears a corset for 7-10 days and the corset is opened after 3 days. The difference is visible when the corset is opened. The corset is continued to be worn for a while. As time passes, the body continues to melt fat. It shows its benefit even after 1 year.
